VIII - CONDICIONES DE OPERACION Y PRESTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS

Artículo 28

   Continuidad del servicio y condiciones de operación. Se debe asegurar la continuidad del servicio y un nivel aceptable de calidad en la zona de cobertura asignada durante la vigencia de la licencia.
