Artículo 3
 Establécese que las situaciones jurídicas que estuvieran amparadas por 
las normas que se derogan en forma expresa, sólo podrán tramitarse si se 
hubieran iniciado con anterioridad al 10 de junio de 2000, fecha tenida 
en cuenta por el artículo 11 del Decreto 260/000 para comprenderlas en 
sus disposiciones y beneficios.
