Artículo 5
Cuando existan trabajadores no categorizados específicamente en los laudos o decretos del presente subgrupo salarial, su Consejo determinará por vía aclaratoria la categoría a la cual deben asimilarse dichos trabajadores, teniendo en cuenta las categorías ya establecidas en esta rama de actividad.
