TITULO IV - DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA, DEL TRIBUNAL DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO, DE LOS TRIBUNALES DE APELACIONES, DE LOS ACTUARIOS DE LOS JUZGADOS DE TODAS LAS CATEGORIAS, DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LOS JUECES Y DE LOS ALGUACILES
CAPITULO I - DE LOS SECRETARIOS DE LA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA, DEL TRIBUNAL DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO, DE LOS TRIBUNALES DE APELACIONES Y DE LOS ACTUARIOS DE LOS JUZGADOS DE TODAS LAS CATEGORIAS

Artículo 120

  Para ser actuario o actuario adjunto se requiere ser abogado o
escribano, y tener veinticinco años de edad.
 Serán designados por la Suprema Corte de Justicia en consideración al
mérito y la antigüedad.
 Si estos nombramientos recayeren en profesionales que no desempeñaren
cargos técnicos en la Administración de Justicia, deberán rendir una
prueba de suficiencia que reglamentará la Suprema Corte de Justicia.
