Artículo 13
Los cargos del Servicio Exterior tendrán, en orden jerárquico decreciente, las siguientes categorías y grados:
7 - Embajador / Embajadora.
6 - Ministro / Ministra.
5 - Ministro Consejero / Ministra Consejera.
4 - Consejero / Consejera.
3 - Primer Secretario / Primera Secretaria.
2 - Segundo Secretario / Segunda Secretaria.
1 - Tercer Secretario / Tercera Secretaria.
