     Visto: la ley 14.413, de fecha 12 de agosto de 1975, por la cual se
crea la Condecoración "Protector de los Pueblos Libres General José
Artigas",

     El Presidente de la República

                              RESUELVE:

Confiérese la Condecoración "Protector de los Pueblos Libres General José
Artigas", al Excelentísimo Señor Presidente de la República Argentina,
Teniente General Jorge Rafael Videla.
