Las partidas correspondientes a los renglones 062.309, "Compensación con
Cargo a Otras Financiaciones", 7.34 "Transferencias a Gobiernos
Departamentales" y 7.35 "Transferencias al Gobierno Central" no tiene
carácter limitativo.-
