SECCIÓN III - DE LAS CUENTAS DE AHORRO VOLUNTARIO Y COMPLEMENTARIO

Artículo 93

   (Integración al acervo sucesorio e inembargabilidad). - El saldo acumulado en las cuentas de ahorro voluntario y complementario integrará el haber sucesorio en caso de fallecimiento del respectivo titular. Lo previsto en el artículo 44 del Decreto N° 229/023, de 31 de julio de 2023, no será aplicable a las cuentas de ahorro voluntario y complementario.
   La participación en el Fondo Voluntario Previsional tendrá el régimen de inembargabilidad establecido en el numeral 1) del artículo 381 del Código General del Proceso. (*)
