CAPÍTULO III - INFRACCIONES RELATIVAS A TODAS LAS EMBARCACIONES
Artículo 9
Se consideran infracciones leves las siguientes:
A) No comunicar cuando una embarcación está en varadero o cualquier otra circunstancia que signifique la desafectación de la misma.
B) Utilizar, sustituir y/o intercambiar embarcaciones sin la autorización previa, aun contando con la habilitación otorgada en el correspondiente Certificado Nacional de Navegabilidad.
