SECCION XV - EXCEPCION A LA LIQUIDACION NECESARIA DE SOCIEDADES ANONIMAS

Artículo 56

    Las sociedades anónimas cuyas obligaciones se refinancien con arreglo
al presente Decreto, no se disolverán necesariamente por haber perdido el
75% (setenta y cinco por ciento) de su capital.
