TÍTULO VI - DE LOS REGÍMENES VOLUNTARIOS Y COMPLEMENTARIOS
CAPÍTULO V - DEL FONDO VOLUNTARIO PREVISIONAL

Artículo 148

   (Remisiones).- Aplicarán a los Fondos Voluntarios Previsionales las disposiciones de los artículos 99, 100, 101, 105, 112, 124, 125, 131 y 132 de la Ley N° 16.713, de 3 de setiembre de 1995, en lo pertinente y conforme lo que disponga la reglamentación atendiendo a la naturaleza voluntaria y previsional de estos fondos.
